This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for Riggers, Telecom Engineers, and other related positions. Ideal for entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn. Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Exposure to Telecom recruitment is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of basic HR documentation and record-keeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for Telecom positions.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Prepare and maintain 201 files for employee documentation.
• Manage and regularly update employee masterlist.
