Qualifications

• Graduate of Technology courses like Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field (Associate or Bachelor's Degree).
• Fresh grad or with less than one year of work experience in semiconductor or electronics.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor or manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player and able to work shifting schedules and overtime when needed.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Proactive, team-oriented, and with strong initiative.
• Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of test equipment
• Execute preventive maintenance and assist in equipment repairs
• Support equipment setup, conversion, and qualification activities
• Record and maintain accurate equipment logs and reports
• Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to meet output and quality targets
• Follow safety, quality, and operational standards
