Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an entry-level Service Desk Analyst in the Philippines to handle colleague requests for IT support via calls, chat, and tickets. You will follow established procedures to resolve incidents and escalate when needed.

Under supervision you will diagnose hardware, software, and application issues, contribute to team meetings, and learn system and process changes while delivering timely, accurate guidance.

Qualifications

• Entry level role with 0-3 years of experience.
• Experience in a Service Desk supporting a complex customer base.
• Ability to diagnose IT-related issues across hardware, software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle colleague requests for support via calls, chat or tickets.
• Provide information to enable incident resolution and assign unresolved calls appropriately.
• Follow documented guidelines and participate in team meetings and training.
• Advise users on licensing, compliance and data protection obligations.
• Ensure SLAs are met and provide proactive personal guidance.
• Adhere to ITGC/security policies and educate others on secure access.
