Job summary

Nordic is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide first-line technical support to employees for hardware and software. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, or escalate them per the process, while ensuring timely and professional service.

The role requires strong customer service skills, English proficiency, and a willingness to work with various technologies including Windows 10, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and MDM. Prior ITIL training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT Service Desk or IT Support experience.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, VPN, Citrix, and MDM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees for hardware and software.
• Diagnose problems via discussion with users and remote tools.
• Escalate to higher levels when needed and document issues clearly.
