Job summary

Kinettix is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator - Level 1 to join our IT project coordination team in Manila. This entry-level role supports project managers, field technicians, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will develop plans, track timelines and budgets, coordinate on-site visits, and provide real-time status updates. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years IT project coordination, PM, or admin support experience.
• Familiarity with PM tools such as Outlook, Teams, MS Office, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and technicians to define scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; oversee resources.
• Coordinate on-site visits and provide client updates.
• Provide real-time status updates and track milestones.
• Manage databases, trackers, and documentation for project records.
• Handle procurement: purchase orders and material delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for vendors and clients.
• Ensure deliverables are submitted on time with costs for invoicing.
• Maintain vendor/client relationships and meet KPIs.
• Attend nights and weekends as needed.
