The role requires strong communication, 1–2 years of network experience (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco switches/routers), and a proactive approach to learning and certification like CCNA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in network support or technical coordination.
• Proficiency in network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Cisco switches and routers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with project managers, technicians, and clients.
• Willingness to pursue professional certifications like Cisco CCNA.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong technical skills across networking technologies, LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and cabling, ideally with Cisco certification.
• Create and document technical processes, ensuring adherence and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure technical systems are functioning properly, promptly resolving technical issues, and meeting service level agreements.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet technical requirements, monitor project timelines, and report progress.
• Serve as a customer relations representative, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, engaging with third parties when needed for in-depth problem resolution.
• Work closely with team members, contributing to discussions, assisting field technicians, and communicating progress updates.
• Understand customer business requirements and contract scope, ensuring service delivery aligns with expectations.
• Stay updated on new products, tools, and techniques, encouraging their use within the business to drive continuous improvement.
