Ugnay Solutions, a global customer experience services provider supporting international clients across multiple industries, is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative. You will receive full training and work onsite in Metro Manila, handling inquiries via calls, chats, or emails.

You will log interactions, follow quality guidelines, and strive for high quality, productivity, and attendance while embracing a shifting schedule. Training is provided and no prior experience is required.

Qualificações

• Fresh graduate or student seeking first job.
• With or without BPO or customer service experience.
• Willing to work onsite and adapt to a shifting schedule.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsabilidades
