Zusammenfassung

Xerox Holdings Corporation seeks a Service Delivery Specialist to support its Managed Services operations in Cebu City, Philippines. In this customer-facing role, you will collaborate with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage asset and fleet activities, prepare performance reports, monitor SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

3+ years in operations, service delivery or related field.
Experience supporting enterprise customers and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; basic networking knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

Manage day-to-day Managed Services operations across assigned customer accounts.
Serve as primary operational contact for customers, internal teams, and service providers.
Oversee asset and fleet management activities including installations and moves.
Analyze operational data, prepare weekly/monthly reports, monitor SLA attainment.
Support customer transitions, contract changes, and process improvements with cross-functional teams.
