• Experience using ServiceNow, Genesys or similar platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage pending service calls and scheduling assignments.
• Identify conflicts, coverage gaps, and opportunities to reassign tasks.
• Respond to scheduling requests from Technical Service Managers and field staff.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide daily updates.
