Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 6+ years in operations or service delivery management.
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SOWs, contract changes, SLA/KPI reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery across multiple client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met.
• Lead client governance activities: reviews, escalations, action tracking, and service recovery.
• Oversee managed print services operations, including fleet/asset management and reporting.
• Monitor financial performance: revenue, costs, margins, and forecasting; identify efficiencies.
