Job summary

Finom is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead to design and run a robust risk management framework that supports safe growth and regulatory readiness across Europe. You will identify, assess, monitor, and report risks, define risk appetite, and ensure that new products are evaluated from a risk perspective.

The role evolves from hands-on to a leadership position, collaborating with teams while expanding the risk and reporting function to align with licensing ambitions and growth in EU

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise risk management framework to support safe growth and regulatory readiness.
• Identify, assess, monitor and report key risks to senior management and governance bodies.
• Define risk appetite, resilience testing, and capital/liquidity planning in line with strategy.
• Evaluate new products and strategic changes through a clear risk lens.
• Collaborate across functions to build and scale risk and reporting capabilities.
