Job summary

Hubexo, operating in the Philippines as BCI Central, seeks a seasoned Program Manager & Delivery Lead to govern enterprise IT programs. You will lead the Manila PMO and drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT transformations across APAC, coordinating with global stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, and program reporting, with hands-on use of SmartSheet, NetSuite, HubSpot, DealHub, and ChargeBee.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise IT PMO or delivery leadership experience.
• Proven ERP/CRM platform implementation and rollout experience.
• Strong governance, risk, issue tracking, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila-based PMO governance and portfolio oversight across IT projects.
• Own and improve PMO processes, templates, and standards.
• Ensure consistent ways of working across programs and projects.
• Drive governance with status, finances, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations for multi-region rollouts.
• Oversee PMO tooling like SmartSheet and dashboards; mentor teams.
