Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a CS Digital Platform Innovation and Transformation Lead to drive the digital enablement of Corporate Solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and lead end-to-end delivery with Agile teams.

This role owns projects, aligns stakeholders, enables adoption, and delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, data quality, and governance across CS platforms. You will mentor juniors and ensure benefits realization across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Translate business, operational, and strategic needs into scalable digital solutions across Corporate Solutions.
• Own end-to-end business accountability for CS digital and transformation projects from objectives to benefits realization.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and align with governance standards and enterprise architecture direction.
• Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and interdependencies; ensure post-implementation benefits realization.
• Enhance and integrate CS platforms with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to improve data flow and processing.
• Support change enablement, user engagement, and training to ensure adoption and sustainability of implemented solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior CS Digital Transformation and Project Management team members.
