Qualifications

• MD or allied health professional preferred and registered
• 8–12 years in occupational/corporate health or digitally enabled care environments
• Proven leadership of complex healthcare service systems at scale
• Experience building and expanding enterprise health platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated performance of the corporate health platform across OH, Wellness, Lifestyle, Staffing, Care Navigation, and Analytics
• Ensure all components operate as a coherent, standardized enterprise system
• Establish operating expectations, interfaces, and accountability across functions
• Lead OH and Wellness operations; ensure service quality, turnaround times, documentation, and client experience
• Drive standardization of workflows and operating cadence across OH and Wellness
• Oversee medical staffing readiness and resource deployment for corporate health services
• Drive care navigation and integration across encounters, clinics, and programs
• Own analytics and outcomes reporting to inform design, client engagement, and renewals
• Provide advisory input to telemedicine and digital health services
• Lead pilots and innovations with Product, IT, Medical, and Operations teams
• Collaborate across functions and with Head of Health Services & Innovation
• Provide regular performance updates and recommendations
