Aon is seeking an Enterprise Client Consultant in the Philippines to partner with Enterprise Client Leaders on client development, opportunities, and revenue growth. You will conduct regular research, produce deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client strategies and ongoing engagement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance with at least 5 years in account management or professional services, strong MS Office skills, and excellent

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Enterprise Client Leaders on client development, priorities and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular research and reporting on client activities using internal tools.
  • Prepare internal and external deliverables for client meetings and annual reviews.
  • Coordinate with GSMS ECG PaC teams and other internal groups for client support.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns with root cause analysis.
  • Provide back-up support for other Enterprise Client Consultants when required.

What The Day Will Look Like
  • Work directly with Enterprise Client Leaders on a specific set of clients, ensuring overall understanding of client dynamics, priorities, and opportunities, with a focus on opportunity development and net new sales
  • Conduct regular research and reporting on client activities using internal tools and public information such as client earnings calls/annual reports
  • Share with client teams key developments, industry news, and thought leadership that could impact the client or their industry, on a timely and consistent basis
  • Serve as internal coordinator for client teams to support Enterprise Client Leaders with client development strategies, deliverables, and follow-ups
  • Prepare internal and external deliverables for client discovery meetings, new business proposals, annual reviews, client planning, relationship mapping, etc.
  • Liaise with Global Sales & Marketing Support (GSMS) team, Enterprise Client Group (ECG) Super Users, and Pursuit & Creative team (PaC) on behalf of client teams
  • Collaborate with ECG Finance, Growth Operations, and ACIA to manage client data and reporting
  • Identify and resolve client concerns with strong emphasis on patterns, trends, and root cause analysis, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders on complex issues or project impacts
  • Provide back-up support for other Enterprise Client Consultants when required

The Enterprise Client Consultant (ECC) will be working directly with Enterprise Client Leaders, Enterprise Client Consultants expand both revenue and relationships by enabling client teams to approach client discussions with researched insights and managing ongoing deliverables to ensure the highest levels of client service and experience for our Enterprise Clients.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)
  • A minimum of 5 years of client-focused experience in account management or professional services
  • Aspirations to keep developing in sales, relationship management, and client leadership
  • Passionate self-starter who can juggle multiple projects and follow-ups, and deliver on target and on time within a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and curious about resolving complex issues and thinking creatively, adept at simplifying solutions and comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Strong understanding of data, with ability to independently access, review, and analyse financial statements, commentary, press releases, etc.
  • Proven ability to work closely with colleagues, accept new ideas and innovate in real time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and relationship skills
  • Demonstrated responsiveness to colleague and leadership requests
