Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC seeks an AI Enablement Technical Program Manager (Consultant, Program Management) to lead end-to-end enterprise AI programs. You will bridge business stakeholders, product, AI engineering, data, and platform teams to ensure successful delivery across multiple AI initiatives.

The role requires 5–10 years in TPM or similar leadership, strong AI/ML knowledge, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
5 to 10 years in Technical Program Management, technology delivery, or similar leadership role managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven success delivering large-scale technology, AI/ML, data platform, or digital transformation programs from concept through production deployment.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including GenAI, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and enterprise AI delivery practices.
Experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, or data platform programs at scale.
Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and AI governance standards.
Exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions.
Experience working within Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
Experience working with cloud-based platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar environments.
Certification or formal training in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, or related methodologies is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise AI programs and drive scalable solutions.
Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success measures for AI initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business stakeholders, product, AI engineering, data, and platform domains.
Oversee deployment of enterprise AI, ensuring governance, security, and Responsible AI standards.
Provide executive-level visibility into program progress and enable organizational adoption of AI capabilities.
