Job summary

MedVirtual is seeking an AI Systems Administrator to support enterprise AI platforms, APIs, and automated workflows within a regulated environment. You will ensure availability, performance, and governance while coordinating with vendors and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

The role requires 5+ years in systems administration, cloud/SaaS experience, and strong RBAC/data protection skills. Legal tech familiarity is a plus. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years in systems administration, platform support, or enterprise IT operations.
• Experience administering cloud/SaaS platforms in enterprise environments.
• Experience with integrations, access management, and cost tracking for enterprise applications.
• Advanced technical expertise across document management and systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Claude, firm-built Azure-hosted AI).
• Work with APIs, connectors, and automation tools for secure data access.
• Coordinate with vendors on platform updates and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation for AI platform configuration and access procedures.
• Support integrations between AI platforms and firm systems.
• Monitor AI platform usage, performance, and cost.
• Manage access controls and usage policies for AI platforms.
• Configure environments and service integrations for AI workloads.
• Analyze usage metrics to recommend optimizations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for AI solutions.
• Manage updates and version upgrades for AI platforms.
• Provide periodic status updates and project reports.
