Job summary

RJR Technologies (Phils.), Inc. seeks a capable Process Engineer to enhance product design and quality, optimize production processes, and implement efficient manufacturing practices in a semiconductor manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Process Engineering, 2+ years in process engineering, and hands-on experience with simulations, data analysis, and CAD/CAM tools. Strong analytical skills and documentation ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/ process engineering.
• 2+ years of experience working in the process engineering field.
• At least 2 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing line engineering.
• Preferrable with knowledge in electro-pneumatic controls and design.
• Ability to run simulations and analyze test data.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD and CAM programs, are a plus factor
