Process and Production Oversight

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies.
• Ensure production methods comply with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, QA/QC, and production teams for technical improvements.

Equipment and Maintenance

• Supervise installation, calibration, and maintenance of machinery and tools.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Project Management

• Lead plant improvement projects including layout modifications and equipment upgrades.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for management review.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for equipment and facility needs.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local codes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
