Wright Park Hotel is seeking an on-site Hotel Maintenance team member to perform daily equipment checks, routine repairs, and respond to guest requests. The role involves setting up event sound systems, conducting preventative maintenance, and monitoring utilities to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, one year in hotel maintenance, and a positive service mindset.

As a member of the hotel engineering staff, you play a vital role in maintaining the property's infrastructure and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for guests and staff. Your responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting the overall operations of the facility. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence in a hospitality setting.

• Daily Equipment Checks and Monitoring: Conduct daily checks and monitoring of all hotel equipment using provided checklists, ensuring proper functionality and identifying potential issues.

• Daily Operations:

  -Perform minor and major repairs as needed.

• - Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance.

• - Set up and operate basic sound systems for hotel events.

• - Perform routine daily maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of hotel facilities.

• Hotel Projects: Participate in and assist with various hotel projects as assigned by the manager

• Preventative Maintenance: Execute a preventative maintenance program, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and servicing of equipment according to established schedules.

• Utility Monitoring: Take daily readings of electricity and water meters, recording data accurately and reporting any significant fluctuations.

• And perform other related duties as assigned by the manager and other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the management to achieve efficiency and effectiveness, thereby ensuring customer delight at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
