Job summary

Argold Jobs Inc. is seeking a proactive Male Engineering Staff – ACU Technician to handle routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning units and facility systems in Manila. Fresh vocational grads are welcome; prior aircon experience not required.

You will perform preventive maintenance, monitor efficiency, and assist with minor electrical checks. Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends or holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Male due to physical demands of handling machinery and field work.
• Graduate of a Vocational / Technical course related to Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (RAC), Industrial Technology, or Electrical.
• Minimal to 1 year of hands-on experience in aircon maintenance and repair (fresh vocational grads with basic background/OJT welcome).
• TESDA certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (RAC NC II) is an advantage.
• Willing to learn, physically fit, and able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
