Job summary

Gaisano Grand Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance department across its stores. The role requires supervising mechanical, telecommunications, low voltage, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems, plus overseeing repairs to ensure store operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, leadership abilities, and 1–2 years of related experience. Willingness to work long hours and be assigned to any Gaisano Grand Store is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• At least 1-2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• With skills in installation, repair and maintenance of all types of electrical, electronic equipment and air-condition.
• Most possess good technical skills.
• Hardworking and willing to work long hours.
• Willing to be assigned in any of Gaisano Grand Stores.
