Gaisano Grand Group Of Companies seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the store's maintenance department and manage electrical, mechanical, telecom, plumbing, and A/C systems. You will supervise repairs and ensure reliable operation across all store facilities.

The ideal candidate has a related engineering degree and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 1–2 years of relevant experience and willingness to work long hours at various Gaisano Grand Stores.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• 1–2 years of related work experience required.
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with installation, repair and maintenance of electrical/electronic equipment and air-conditioning.
• Demonstrates strong technical abilities.
• Hardworking and willing to work long hours.
• Willing to be assigned to any Gaisano Grand Store.
