We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Officer to join our team. The Engineering Officer will work closely with other engineers, technicians, and management to ensure the efficient and effective treatment of wastewater.

Key responsibilities

• Operation and Maintenance:

  Oversee the daily operations of sewage treatment plants.

  Monitor and adjust treatment processes to ensure optimal performance.

  Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.

  Compliance and Reporting:

  Ensure all treatment processes comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

  Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required.

  Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

  Process Optimization:

  Analyze and interpret data from the treatment process to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  Implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in sewage treatment.

  Safety and Training:

  Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained.

  Conduct safety training sessions for staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the operation and maintenance of the plant.

  Project Management:

  Plan, design, and execute projects related to the upgrade, expansion, or modification of treatment facilities.

  Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

  Prepare project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.
