Job summary

SUMMIT HOTEL TACLOBAN in Tacloban, Eastern Visayas, Philippines is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Maintenance Department and ensure that hotel structures, systems, furbishing and equipment are reliably functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Ideal candidates have a university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, 3–5 years of hotel experience, and strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.

• 3 to 5 years of solid hotel experience.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance, construction, and related services, laws and building codes.
