Qualifications

Role Description

The Engineering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Guiguinto, Bulacan. This position oversees engineering operations and teams involved in the design, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product lines. Daily responsibilities include managing engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with production, quality, and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Engineering Manager plans and prioritizes technical work, allocates resources, and mentors engineering staff to achieve performance and development goals. The role also involves monitoring system integrations, resolving technical issues, optimizing workflows, and providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
