Job summary

Crown Asia Chemicals Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations in our Bulacan manufacturing facilities. You will guide projects, mentor teams, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient processes across production lines.

Ideal candidates have strong engineering leadership, integration experience, and solid knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems, with on-site collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and oversee engineering initiatives.
• Effective Team Leadership to guide, coach, and develop engineering staff.
• Experience with Software Development or technical systems for manufacturing and process control.
• Integration skills to coordinate engineering solutions across equipment, systems, and production lines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; master's degree or certifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience in an engineering leadership role within manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with proficiency in productivity tools.
• Solid understanding of ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and teams involved in design, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product lines.
• Manage engineering projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with production, quality, and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Plan and prioritize technical work, allocate resources, and mentor engineering staff.
• Monitor system integrations, resolve technical issues, and optimize workflows.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
