Job summary

SHG SERVICES INC. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance across the restaurant network, ensuring kitchen equipment, utilities, and building systems operate at peak performance to support food safety and efficiency.

You will develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage capital projects, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring a team of supervisors and technicians. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, QA/Food Safety, and Finance to optimize downtime,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 5–7 years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and inventory control.
• Strong analytical skills with data- and dashboard-driven decision making.
• Proven leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations across all restaurant branches.
• Develop and improve PM and CM programs.
• Manage capital projects including major repairs and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure equipment and facilities support food safety and quality.
• Lead Repair and Maintenance Department and mentor Supervisors and technicians.
• Use ticketing systems and dashboards to track performance and costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, QA/Food Safety, and Finance to optimize downtime and costs.
