You will drive engineering excellence, ownership culture, and delivery of high-quality solutions. You will mentor engineers, align technical direction with product priorities, collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders, and promote modern development practices, CI/CD, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated success delivering business‑critical software products.
• Experience mentoring developers and technical leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
