Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on coding.
• 5+ years of experience directly managing software engineers.
• Experience delivering large-scale, distributed, or high-traffic systems.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on ETL architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
• Propose and implement scalable design, software improvements and optimization solutions.
• Analyze business software requirements and comply to SLA requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end SDLC using Agile/Scrum, ensuring project milestones are met with the target production success rate.
• Collaborate with quality assurance, infrastructure, architecture and other departments for seamless delivery execution.
• Act as a technical consultant for executive stakeholders, translating ambiguous business 'asks' into robust technical roadmaps.
• Familiarity with cloud migration processes and legacy code modernization is highly desirable.
