Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering field (CE, EE, ME or equivalent) with a valid PRC license.
• About 20 years of project and construction management experience in real estate development or construction.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross‑functional environment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross‑functional coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project engineering and construction management for all developments within the region.
• Lead pre-construction planning, including approvals, manpower, and plans submission.
• Monitor construction progress, budget, quality, safety, and timely reporting.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with design, procurement, and project control teams.
• Ensure close-out documentation and transition to building operation after construction.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to engineering and project teams.

Engineering degree with PRC license
