Job summary

Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Analyst to support CAPEX and OPEX projects, SAP and Kissflow processes, and cost control across CAPEX and minor engineering initiatives.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and the Engineering Head, manage budgets, PRs, and document control, and serve as subject matter expert on signage upgrades and cross‑functional operations to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of engineering/project support or technical analyst experience.
• Hands-on SAP (PRs, Budget Loading, WBS, RSCA) and Kissflow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• CAPEX Budget Management & SAP Execution: manage budget data and SAP structures.
• Purchase Requisition Processing: create and process PRs in Kissflow and SAP.
• Engineering Operations & Team Support: serve as SAP/Kissflow SME and repository focal.
• Signage Upgrades & Minor Projects: coordinate bidding and timelines for signage work.
• Cost Control & Process Governance: standardize reporting and monitor variances.
• Cross‑functional collaboration: liaise with Purchasing, Finance, Admin; document scribe.
