Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ in Manila is seeking an Engineer I for Technical Support, Quote and Order Management to support MEA region customers and sales offices. You will respond to technical inquiries, prepare proposals, and review orders for accuracy and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and fulfill orders to generate clean invoices for accounts receivable handling.
• Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
• Provide customer proposals, reviewing technical and commercial requirements, model number validation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, and sizing activities.
• Coordinate with internal workgroups for escalations and address clarifications related to proposals.
• Manage order bookings by reviewing requirements and data sheets, validating model numbers, handling buy-outs, and coordinating pricing, lead-time, sizing, and configuration activities.
• Resolve order issues and escalate to internal teams as needed.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and effectively manage and fulfill customer orders to generate clean invoices for efficient accounts receivable handling.
• Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to products and processes.
• Provide customer proposals, which involve the review of technical and commercial requirements, model number validation and creation, handling of buy-outs, managing pricing, lead time, and sizing related activities.
• Coordinate with internal workgroups for escalations and address technical clarifications related to the proposal.
• Manage order bookings by reviewing requirements and data sheets, validating model numbers, handling buy-outs, and coordinating pricing, lead-time, sizing, and configuration activities.
• Resolve order issues and raise them to internal workgroups as needed.
