Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1.5 years of experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review the configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements.
• Perform automated sizing for the selection of the accurate unit.
• Analyze customer requirements, provide recommended product features, and build models.
• Evaluate instrument specifications and requirements and select appropriate model codes and service offerings.
• Validate the model number in the business system or tools (Toolkit), including code requirements, special requirements, and assembly codes.
• Provide product lead times based on system data.
• Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems.

By joining us as a Engineer I Technical Support Administration, you will undergo an 8-week classroom training and shadowing session to be conducted by our Systems and Training team, leaders, and product specialists. The training curriculum covers Rosemount Measurement and Flow product training, including pressure, DP-Level, DP-Flow, temperature, and flow; and order entry using Oracle and CRM.

After completing the program, you will join a group of hardworking, dynamic, and customer-focused digital support engineers and business administrators. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To review the configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements.
