Job summary

inspiro is seeking an application/support engineer to join our team in Iloilo City. The role focuses on building and supporting business apps using .NET and C#, with emphasis on SQL data integrity and monitoring.

Candidates will troubleshoot system issues, manage incidents, and coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolutions and adherence to SLAs. Knowledge of AI/ML integration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 1–2 years in application or technical support in a BPO/shared services env.
• Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes.
• Experience with ticket management systems and SLA adherence.
• Basic to intermediate SQL querying for data validation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and alert handling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Work Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in application support or technical support, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform technical problem resolution, including troubleshooting and root cause identification for system issues.
• Experience in ticket management systems (e.g., logging, tracking, resolving, and escalating incidents within SLA).
• Working knowledge of incident and service request management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper prioritization.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and SQL querying for data validation and issue investigation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and ability to identify and respond to system alerts and anomalies.
• Understanding of existing and emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt and apply tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

• Proven experience building applications from scratch using .NET and C#.
• The ability to modify and refactor complex legacy code.
• Strong MSSQL database architecture skills (designing tables/relations, not just querying).
• Hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning implementation within business apps.
