Qualifications

• College/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Team Lead/Supervisor in a contact center.
• Experience handling administration of Rewards & Recognition programs and operational activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management best practices.
• Onsite work at Bridgetowne Quezon City.
• GY/US shift schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration of Rewards & Recognition programs and related activities.
• Processes rewards and recognition requests and maintains records with accurate documentation.
• Assists in preparing reports, tracks program participation, and updates operational data.
• Coordinates with employees and stakeholders to address inquiries and support day-to-day requirements.
• Follows established processes, escalates issues, and contributes to continuous improvements.
• Leads a team responsible for Rewards & Recognition programs and operations.
• Oversees daily operations including rewards processing, reporting, documentation, and compliance.
