Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Specialist-HRBP to design, coordinate and deliver engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience, both virtually and in person.

Reporting to the Communication and Engagement Manager, you will partner with cross‑functional teams to manage events, communications, and CSR activities, while maintaining branding and data privacy standards across a flexible shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in GBS, BPO or events management.
• Willingness to work onsite and support events across flexible schedules, including mid- and night-shift requirements.
• At least 2 years of engagement experience in ECG or other employee groups, organizations, committees, or volunteer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Communication and Engagement Manager and partner with Engagement Coordinator and cross-functional teams to manage logistics and activation for engagement, CSR, and events.
• Support the development of strategies, budgets, and HR/HRBP projects that foster engagement and culture.
• Coordinate and deliver engagement activities and townhalls, including anniversaries, Year-End Event, Family Day, and monthly events.
• Collaborate with employees at all levels to strengthen appreciation and inclusion.
• Maintain engagement-related communications and systems and provide data insights for performance analysis.
