Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for large/medium projects, preferably in power or energy storage.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of ESS projects, guiding cross-functional teams through delivery phases.
• Define objectives, scope, and budgets aligned with business aims and financial viability.
• Oversee project documentation and ensure seamless turnover to O&M and confidentiality of estimates and designs.
• Manage reporting and risk escalation to Senior Management and secure licenses, permits, and compliance.
