AboitizPower in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager to lead Energy Storage System projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within defined scopes, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage with leadership and external stakeholders, and drive rigorous planning, risk management, and compliant execution to transform energy for a cleaner future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for large and medium-sized projects, preferably in the power or energy storage sector.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned ESS projects by guiding cross-functional teams through each delivery phase, monitoring real-time progress across scope, budget, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Spearhead project definition and planning from concept initiation by establishing clear objectives, scope, and budgets that align with strategic business aims and ensure financial viability.
• Oversee all project documentation from initial stages to completion, ensuring seamless turnover to Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and preserving the confidentiality of project estimates, design drawings, and feasibility reports.
• Manage project reporting and risk escalation to Senior Management, while collaborating with the Business Group Compliance Team to secure necessary licenses, regulatory permits, and contractual security compliance.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for large and medium-sized projects, preferably in the power or energy storage sector
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Proficiency in applying project management principles, using project management software tools, and contract analysis/structuring
• Strong skills in regulatory compliance, data reporting, digital dexterity, and mathematical/computational analysis
