AboitizPower is seeking a Project Compliance Associate in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. The role focuses on ensuring all project activities satisfy laws, standards, and governance across the lifecycle, working with PM, Legal teams, and regulators.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance within project execution, strong regulatory monitoring, and experience in the power sector. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and collaboration across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; legal studies background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in project execution, preferably power/energy.
• Proven ability to monitor regulatory developments and ensure governance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support in securing permits, licenses, and regulatory filings with LGUs and national agencies.
• Digest and cascade upcoming regulatory developments to craft compliance plans.
• Assist in commercial contract management from due diligence to turnover.
• Track compliance metrics and report through monthly dashboards with corrective actions.
• Liaise with internal legal teams and external counsels for issue resolution.
• Contribute to risk management and uphold IMS and information security standards.
