AboitizPower is seeking a Project Compliance Associate for on-site duties in Lapu-Lapu City. The role focuses on securing permits, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring project governance from inception through completion.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in compliance within project execution, and knowledge of Philippine laws and the energy sector. The role emphasizes risk management and collaboration with Legal and Project teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in project execution, preferably in energy.
• At least 3 years in the power or energy sector.
• Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulatory standards is preferred.

Mansioni

• Secure and maintain permits, certifications, and licenses, including filings with LGUs and national agencies.
• Monitor regulatory developments and craft compliant project rollout plans.
• Support commercial contract management from due diligence to turnover.
• Track compliance metrics and report via monthly dashboards.
• Coordinate with legal teams and external counsels for issue resolution.
• Contribute to risk management and ensure IMS, safety, and governance adherence.
