Job summary

One Engineering is seeking a skilled electrical engineer to provide technical, operational, and engineering support for power generation assets. You will work with plant operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and stakeholders to monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and help troubleshoot and optimize operations.

This role contributes to CSP requirements and power facility projects by preparing and reviewing technical data, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power generation.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

Responsible for providing technical, operational, and engineering support for power generation assets, energy facilities, and related business requirements of One Engineering. Works closely with plant operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to monitor plant performance, ensure technical compliance, support troubleshooting activities, and recommend operational improvements. Supports power facility projects and Competitive Selection Process (CSP) requirements through preparation and review of technical and operational data. Ensures safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations of assigned power generation facilitiess

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in power generation, energy operations, plant engineering, or related industries.
• Strong background in plant performance monitoring, technical analysis, troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with power generation systems, regulatory compliance requirements, and energy industry operational standards.
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
