Job summary

Virginia Farms, Inc. seeks an experienced plant engineering leader to oversee engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical operations of the facility.

You will ensure safe, reliable, and continuous production in a complex manufacturing environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields and 3–5 years of experience in plant engineering or industrial operations, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
