Job summary

Insight is recruiting a Mobility Engineer to manage Apple macOS and JamF Pro based MDM across multiple clients. You will design and deploy device management environments and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

The role requires 2–5 years of JamF experience, familiarity with SSO/SAML, and scripting for macOS automation. Hybrid work setup in Pasig is offered, with a focus on customer satisfaction and uptime.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with a Mobile Device Management platform (JamF) required.
• Experience with Bash/zsh scripting for macOS automation.
• Familiarity with 3rd party integrations including SSO/SAML.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Apple macOS and mobile device management environments using JamF Pro and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of Apple device management solutions.
• Support critical incidents through clear customer communication and maintain high satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues in JamF Pro, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.
• Manage multiple environments across several customer verticals.

As a Mobility Engineer for Apple/Jamf, your primary role will be as a Subject Matter Expert to our customers across several industry verticals. You will be responsible for the administration of Apple macOS and mobile device environments, with Jamf Pro serving as the primary MDM solution. What you’ll do at Insight

• Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting Apple macOS and mobile device management environments using Jamf Pro and related technologies.
• Work closely with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of Apple device management solutions and coordination of technology resources.
• Ability to support critical incidents through excellent customer communication and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues that arise within Jamf Pro, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and related Apple technologies.
• Manage multiple environments across several customer verticals

What you’ll need to join Insight

• 2–5-year experience using a Mobile Device Management platform (JamF) is required
• Knowledge of 3rd party integrations including SSO/SAML
• Familiarity with bash/zsh and related scripting for macOS automation
• Experience packaging applications to be deployed via Jamf Pro or other MDMs
• Experience using / troubleshooting Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment
