Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Mobility Engineer for Apple/Jamf to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for our clients across multiple industry verticals.

You will administer Apple macOS and mobile device environments with Jamf Pro as the primary MDM solution, working with teams to deliver device management solutions. You will design, deploy, and support JamF-based environments, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience using a Mobile Device Management platform (JamF).
• Knowledge of 3rd party integrations including SSO/SAML.
• Familiarity with bash/zsh and scripting for macOS automation.
• Experience packaging applications to be deployed via JamF Pro or other MDMs.
• Experience using and troubleshooting Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Apple macOS and mobile device management environments using JamF Pro and related technologies.
• Collaborate with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of Apple device management solutions and coordinate technology resources.
• Support critical incidents through excellent customer communication and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot, test, and resolve issues within JamF Pro, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and related Apple technologies.
• Manage multiple environments across several customer verticals.
