Job summary

Insight is seeking a Mobility Engineer to manage Apple/macOS environments with Jamf Pro as the primary MDM. You’ll design, deploy, and support device management for multiple client verticals, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years’ JamF experience, SSO/SAML knowledge, and macOS automation scripting. Insight offers a hybrid setup, competitive benefits, and work with industry-leading organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience with a Mobile Device Management platform (JamF).
• Knowledge of SSO/SAML integrations and macOS automation scripting.
• Experience packaging applications for deployment via Jamf Pro or other MDMs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Apple macOS and mobile device management environments using Jamf Pro.
• Work with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of device management solutions.
• Support critical incidents with clear customer communication and high satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot Jamf Pro, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and related Apple technologies.
• Manage multiple environments across client verticals.
