Job summary

Insight is hiring a Mobility Engineer for Apple/Jamf in Pasig City, Philippines. The role focuses on administration of Apple macOS and mobile device environments using Jamf Pro. Insight is looking for candidates who can design, deploy, and support MDM solutions for multiple client verticals.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of JamF experience, knowledge of SSO/SAML, and Bash/zsh scripting. The company offers a hybrid setup and benefits such as health insurance from day one, with potential to work

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience with JamF and mobile device management.
Experience with SSO/SAML integrations.
Familiarity with bash or zsh scripting for macOS automation.
Experience packaging apps for deployment via Jamf Pro or other MDMs.
Experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and support Apple macOS and mobile device management environments using Jamf Pro.
Work with Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of device-management solutions.
Support critical incidents with clear customer communication and high satisfaction.
Troubleshoot Jamf Pro, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and related Apple technologies.
Manage multiple environments across several customer verticals.
