Job summary

Avaloq in Makati is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer to shape and improve our digital workplace. You will manage Windows and macOS endpoints, including virtual desktops, and drive automation and data-driven improvements to the employee experience.

The role focuses on endpoint engineering and the digital employee experience champion responsibilities, with cross-functional collaboration across Workplace Services. Strong scripting and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows endpoints (physical and virtual).</br>Experience with macOS endpoints, ideally Jamf Pro.</br>Knowledge of endpoint provisioning, config, software deployment, inventory, updates, and lifecycle management.
Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills with ownership mindset.
Willingness to learn Nexthink and digital employee experience platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage and support physical Windows and macOS devices, including virtual desktops.
Troubleshoot OS, application, user profile, performance, authentication, networking, and device issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
Use logs, performance data, and crash dumps to investigate issues.
Support Nexthink dashboards, alerts, campaigns, and automated remediation.
Develop scripts to automate administration and reduce manual work.
Collaborate with service desk, security, network, cloud, and apps teams to improve workplace services.
