Job summary

Avaloq in the Philippines is hiring a Software Engineer for the Experience Delivery team to shape digital banking solutions. You will work on web and mobile banking configurations, collaborating with product owners, analysts, and engineers to meet user needs.

The role requires ACP parametrization, frontend/backend understanding, and strong debugging. You will use browser tools, APIs, SQL, and Kubernetes/OpenShift basics to improve performance and security.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
ACCP certification or equivalent experience with parametrization.
Certifications in software development or digital banking technologies.
Ability to investigate issues across frontend, backend, data and configuration layers.
Basic understanding of web apps, APIs, logs, and deployment concepts.
Strong documentation and decision-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

Manage configuration settings for web and mobile banking platforms to enhance UX and ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop integration solutions between digital banking systems; test and document processes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues; log tickets and collaborate with engineering teams.
Use tools like browser dev tools, log analysis, API inspection, SQL checks, and Kubernetes/OpenShift basics.
