Job summary

Avaloq Philippines Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, operate and improve our secure digital workplace environment across Windows and macOS endpoints, including virtual desktops. You will automate provisioning, troubleshooting, and security updates while collaborating with security, network and cloud teams to strengthen our IT platform.

You will use PowerShell, Bash, and Nexthink to monitor device health, drive operational hardening, and deliver a better employee experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Windows endpoint support and troubleshooting.
• 2+ years macOS support, ideally with Jamf Pro.
• Experience with Nexthink and digital employee experience platforms is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support physical Windows and macOS devices, as well as virtual Windows desktops.
• Troubleshoot complex operating system, application, user profile, performance, authentication, networking, and device issues.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring or high‑impact incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
• Use diagnostic tools, system logs, performance data, and crash dumps to investigate complex Windows and macOS issues.
• Support virtual desktop technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365, including session and FSLogix profile issues.
• Develop scripts and automation to simplify administration, improve troubleshooting, and reduce manual effort.
